Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if your items arrive defected/damaged or if they are not what you’ve ordered. Currently, Munikoz does not accept returns & refunds due to change of mind.

Contact us at xinchao@munikoz.com with some proof photos, your order number and we will arrange this for you.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please acknowledge that in some cases, only partial refunds are made.

Exchanges

If your items arrive defected/damaged, it’s eligible for an exchange of the same ones you’ve ordered or the ones with same or higher value. You just need to pay the difference if you want to exchange for the one with higher value.

Shipping returned items

You are responsible for the shipping process and shipping fee of the items you want to return or exchange. The refund/exchange part can be processed once the returned is received.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Cancelling orders

Every print is made-to-order for you. If you would like to cancel your order, this is only possible when you contact us before the production of the item has started.
