How we're gonna work together
1. Conversation
We begin with a thoughtful chat to understand your vision — style preferences, color palette, meaningful symbols, and the overall feeling you want your stationery to carry.
3. Painting & Design Creation
Your concept is brought to life through refined watercolor & gouache painting
5. Printing & Assembly
Once approved, the artwork is printed on curated premium paper. Every piece is trimmed, assembled, and checked with meticulous attention.
2. Concept Sketching
From our conversation, I create hand-drawn sketches to map out the layout, composition, and artistic direction.
4. Review & Approval
You receive the completed design for review. Together, we make any final adjustments to ensure it feels perfectly you.
6. Delivery of Your Suite
Your bespoke stationery is beautifully packaged and delivered with care — ready to be shared, cherished, and remembered.
1. INITIAL INQUIRY
Submit an INQUIRY sharing wedding details, vision, and any cultural elements involved. Munikoz will get back to you within 3 working days.
2. COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTION CALL
A 20 to 30 minute video conversation is offered to understand the couple’s vision and to confirm whether the collaboration is the right fit. No fee is requested at this stage.
3. DRAFT QUOTATION
If the project is a good fit, Munikoz confirms availability and shares starting investment information.
For Complete printed suite: A non-refundable deposit of 50% total project is required to secure your booking.
For Digital master artwork: A non-refundable deposit of 80% total project is required to secure your booking.
4. DESIGN CONSULTATION
A thoughtful consultation refines the creative direction, including mood, typography, paper, printing techniques, and language considerations.
5. PERSONALIZED QUOTATION
A tailored quotation is prepared based on scope, quantity, materials, and production requirements.
6. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Upon confirmation, Munikoz begins illustration and design, crafting artwork exclusively for you.
7. DIGITAL PROOF
Designs are shared digitally for viewing and approval only.
For Complete printed suite: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval to allow the production begins.
For Digital master artwork: The remaining 20% balance is due before releasing final files.
8. PRINTING & ASSEMBLY
After final approval, the suite is printed and carefully assembled in house, with quality control at every stage.
9. DELIVERY OF FINISHED STATIONERY
The completed pieces are thoughtfully packaged and delivered to you. Depending on your location, it might take around 1-2 weeks.

1/ BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE
For couples who prefer to arrange printing themselves.
The design fee covers the complete stationery design and delivery of professionally prepared, high-resolution print-ready master files.
Print through a printer of your choice, with our guidance available if needed.
2/ COMPLETE PRINTED SERVICE
For couples who would like Munikoz to manage their stationery from design through production.
Printing and production are quoted separately based on customization, materials, quantity, printing method, and finishing.

TIME TO ORDER YOUR BESPOKE STATIONERY
A bespoke suite requires thoughtful time. To ensure a seamless experience, early inquiries are highly appreciated.
Depending on the level of customization, and to ensure a cohesive visual story across every detail.
- A single bespoke design, such as a Save the Date, is usually completed within around 3 to 4 weeks.
- Multi-piece projects, such as invitation suites or wedding-day stationery, are designed and finalized over 2 months.
With that, Munikoz suggest following time to start your loving stationery journey with us.
- Save the Date Card: Order 10 to 12 months before your wedding (to send them out 9-10 months before).
- For destination wedding, it’s recommended to order 12 to 14 months before (to send them out 1 year before).
- Wedding invitation Suite: Order 4 to 6 months before (to send out invitations 3 to 5 months before).
- Day-of Stationery: Order 2-4 months before.
If your celebration is approaching soon, a fast-track timeline can be arranged with a priority fee.

THE sTATIONERY
No. Each bespoke design is original and created specifically for your event.
Munikoz use reference photos provided by you as a way to understand more about the visual direction you are looking for. So that we can have a design that speaks “You” in Munikoz style.
Yes, we do.
We will provide professionally prepared, high-resolution print-ready master files for you to print through a printer of your choice, with our guidance available if needed.
Each bespoke project includes ONE structured revision round, during which all feedback should be shared together. This ensures the design can be refined thoughtfully and efficiently.
Further revisions or significant changes to the original concept may require additional time and fees.
Bespoke designs are created for personal use for your wedding only and are not licensed for reuse, resale, or modification.
If you wish to use the designs for commercial purposes or to license the artwork, please inform us in advance. We will be happy to discuss and propose an appropriate licensing fee. Any extended usage rights are subject to a separate written agreement.
Minor text updates may be accommodated. Structural or design changes after approval may require additional fees.
PROCESS & TIMELINE
It is suggested as follows.
- Save the date Card: Order 10-12 months before your wedding. For destination wedding, it’s recommended to order 12-14 months before.
- Wedding invitation suite: Order 4-6 months before.
- Day-of stationery: Order 2-4 months before.
The process begins with an inquiry through my website, followed by a discovery call to discuss your vision, needs, and budget.
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, we’ll develop the creative direction, followed by the design and watercolor illustration of your stationery. You’ll have one complimentary revision round to refine the design before final approval.
After the remaining balance is paid, your print-ready files will be prepared. If you’ve chosen printed stationery, your suite will then move into production and be shipped to you.
We’ll guide you through each stage, from the first conversation to the finished stationery.
Typical timelines for Complete Printed Service are:
• Save the Date: 5-6 weeks
• Invitation suite: 9-10 weeks
• Full bespoke suite: ~3-4 months
• Day-of stationery: 6-8 weeks
Timelines may vary depending on scope of project, feedback speed and location of delivery.
If you choose Bespoke Design Service, the processing time will be somewhat 30 – 40% shorter.
Priority design is available for a limited number of projects and includes a shortened timeline. A priority design fee applies, subject to availability.
Primary communication is handled via email to ensure all details, feedback, and approvals are clearly documented.
For quick clarifications or time-sensitive matters, we are also happy to communicate via WhatsApp or Messenger. These channels are intended for brief check-ins rather than detailed feedback or design decisions.
All formal feedback, approvals, and change requests should be confirmed by email to keep the process smooth and accurate.
PAYMENT
Yes.
For Bespoke Design Service: A non-refundable deposit of 100% total project is required to secure your booking.
For Complete Printed Service: A non-refundable deposit of 60% total project is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance, plus shipping fee, is due before the printing and assembly process.
Every celebration is different, so pricing depends on your stationery needs, design complexity, quantity, and selected printing or finishing options.
After you submit an inquiry, we’ll discuss your vision and budget during a complimentary Discovery Call.
We’ll then provide a tailored quote based on your requirements, with design fees and production costs outlined separately where applicable.
Shipping is quoted separately based on your destination, packaging, and preferred shipping method.
SHIPPING
Yes! Munikoz ships worldwide from Saigon, Vietnam, and we welcome commissions from clients around the world.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your destination and chosen shipping method. Please include your delivery country and postal code when submitting your inquiry so we can provide an estimated shipping fee.
Please note that the production timeline covers the creation of your stationery and does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping is quoted separately based on your delivery destination, chosen packaging, and preferred shipping method.
Once we have your delivery details, we’ll provide a shipping estimate before we proceed.
There are 2 shipping options.
Standard shipping is the more economical option and includes the applicable import duties and customs fees under my standard shipping arrangement, so you won’t need to pay these charges separately upon delivery.
Express shipping offers a faster delivery option. However, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged separately by the destination country or courier, and these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, and courier service. I’ll confirm the available shipping options and estimated delivery times before dispatch so you can choose the option that suits you best.
