How we're gonna work together
1. Initial Conversation
We begin with a thoughtful chat to understand your vision — style preferences, color palette, meaningful symbols, and the overall feeling you want your stationery to carry.
3. Painting & Design Creation
Your concept is brought to life through refined watercolor & gouache painting
5. Printing & Assembly
Once approved, the artwork is printed on curated premium paper. Every piece is trimmed, assembled, and checked with meticulous attention.
2. Concept Sketching
From our conversation, I create hand-drawn sketches to map out the layout, composition, and artistic direction.
4. Review & Approval
You receive the completed design for review. Together, we make any final adjustments to ensure it feels perfectly you.
6. Delivery of Your Suite
Your bespoke stationery is beautifully packaged and delivered with care — ready to be shared, cherished, and remembered.
1. INITIAL INQUIRY
Submit an INQUIRY sharing wedding details, vision, and any cultural elements involved. Munikoz will get back to you within 3 working days.
2. COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTION CALL
A 20 to 30 minute video conversation is offered to understand the couple’s vision and to confirm whether the collaboration is the right fit. No fee is requested at this stage.
3. DRAFT QUOTATION
If the project is a good fit, Munikoz confirms availability and shares starting investment information.
For Complete printed suite: A non-refundable deposit of 50% total project is required to secure your booking.
For Digital master artwork: A non-refundable deposit of 80% total project is required to secure your booking.
4. DESIGN CONSULTATION
A thoughtful consultation refines the creative direction, including mood, typography, paper, printing techniques, and language considerations.
5. PERSONALIZED QUOTATION
A tailored quotation is prepared based on scope, quantity, materials, and production requirements.
6. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Upon confirmation, Munikoz begins illustration and design, crafting artwork exclusively for you.
7. DIGITAL PROOF
Designs are shared digitally for viewing and approval only.
For Complete printed suite: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval to allow the production begins.
For Digital master artwork: The remaining 20% balance is due before releasing final files.
8. PRINTING & ASSEMBLY
After final approval, the suite is printed and carefully assembled in house, with quality control at every stage.
9. DELIVERY OF FINISHED STATIONERY
The completed pieces are thoughtfully packaged and delivered to you. Depending on your location, it might take around 1-2 weeks.

TIME TO ORDER YOUR BESPOKE STATIONERY
A bespoke suite requires thoughtful time. To ensure a seamless experience, early inquiries are highly appreciated.
Depending on the level of customization, and to ensure a cohesive visual story across every detail.
- A single bespoke design, such as a Save the Date, is usually completed within around 3 to 4 weeks.
- Multi-piece projects, such as invitation suites or wedding-day stationery, are designed and finalized over 2 months.
With that, Munikoz suggest following time to start your loving stationery journey with us.
- Save the Date Card: Order 7 to 9 months before your wedding (to send them out 6 to 8 months before).
- For destination wedding, it’s recommended to order 13 to 14 months before (to send them out 12 months before).
- Wedding invitation Suite: Order 6 to 7 months before (to send out invitations 4 to 5 months before).
- Day-of Stationery: Order 3 months before.
If your celebration is approaching soon, a fast-track timeline can be arranged with a priority fee.

For Digital master artwork: A non-refundable deposit of 100% total project is required to secure your booking.
Each bespoke project includes one structured revision round, during which all feedback should be shared together. This ensures the design can be refined thoughtfully and efficiently. Further revisions or significant changes to the original concept may require additional time and fees.
Priority design is available for a limited number of projects and includes a shortened timeline. A priority design fee applies, subject to availability.
Primary communication is handled via email to ensure all details, feedback, and approvals are clearly documented.
For quick clarifications or time-sensitive matters, we are also happy to communicate via WhatsApp or Messenger. These channels are intended for brief check-ins rather than detailed feedback or design decisions.
All formal feedback, approvals, and change requests should be confirmed by email to keep the process smooth and accurate.
Bespoke designs are created for personal use for your wedding only and are not licensed for reuse, resale, or modification.
If you wish to use the designs for commercial purposes or to license the artwork, please inform us in advance. We will be happy to discuss and propose an appropriate licensing fee. Any extended usage rights are subject to a separate written agreement.
Minor text updates may be accommodated. Structural or design changes after approval may require additional fees.
