Yes, we do accept return, refund and exchange under certain conditions. Because each art print is made to order, we kindly ask that you review our Returns and Refunds Policy here before requesting a return/refund/exchange.

– No physical item will be shipped or printed.
– It is not possible to return or exchange your purchase, and no refunds can be given.
– Each link accessing to the template will expire 365 days after the purchase date.
– You will have up to 5 downloads per design.

– Page orientation or template size cannot be changed. If you love the design (except for Bundle products) in a different size, please chat with me. Once we agree on the new size, purchase the existing design and I’ll send you the adjusted one within 7 days without any charge.

– You can then download the template in multiple formats and get it printed.

– This is recommended for accessing all features, including changing text size, color, and style.
