How we're gonna work together
1. Initial Conversation
We begin with a thoughtful chat to understand your vision — style preferences, color palette, meaningful symbols, and the overall feeling you want your stationery to carry.
3. Painting & Design Creation
Your concept is brought to life through refined watercolor & gouache painting
5. Printing & Assembly
Once approved, the artwork is printed on curated premium paper. Every piece is trimmed, assembled, and checked with meticulous attention.
2. Concept Sketching
From our conversation, I create hand-drawn sketches to map out the layout, composition, and artistic direction.
4. Review & Approval
You receive the completed design for review. Together, we make any final adjustments to ensure it feels perfectly you.
6. Delivery of Your Suite
Your bespoke stationery is beautifully packaged and delivered with care — ready to be shared, cherished, and remembered.
1. INITIAL INQUIRY
Submit an INQUIRY sharing wedding details, vision, and any cultural elements involved. Munikoz will get back to you within 3 working days.
2. COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTION CALL
A 20 to 30 minute video conversation is offered to understand the couple’s vision and to confirm whether the collaboration is the right fit. No fee is requested at this stage.
3. DRAFT QUOTATION
If the project is a good fit, Munikoz confirms availability and shares starting investment information. A 50 percent initial investment is required to secure the project before design consultation begins.
4. DESIGN CONSULTATION
A thoughtful consultation refines the creative direction, including mood, typography, paper, printing techniques, and language considerations.
5. PERSONALIZED QUOTATION
A tailored quotation is prepared based on scope, quantity, materials, and production requirements.
6. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Upon confirmation, Munikoz begins illustration and design, crafting artwork exclusively for you.
7. DIGITAL PROOF
Designs are shared digitally for viewing and approval only. The remaining 50 percent balance is due upon final approval to allow the production begins.
8. PRINTING & ASSEMBLY
After final approval, the suite is printed and carefully assembled in house, with quality control at every stage.
9. DELIVERY OF FINISHED STATIONERY
The completed pieces are thoughtfully packaged and delivered to you. Depending on your location, it might take around 1-2 weeks.

TIME TO ORDER YOUR BESPOKE STATIONERY
A bespoke suite requires thoughtful time. To ensure a seamless experience, early inquiries are highly appreciated.
Depending on the level of customization, a single bespoke design, such as a Save the Date, is usually completed within around four to six weeks.
Multi-piece projects, including invitation suites and wedding-day stationery, are designed and finalized over 2–3 months, ensuring a cohesive visual story across every detail.
- SAVE THE DATE CARD: Order 10–12 months before your wedding. For destination wedding, it’s recommended to order 12-14 months before.
- WEDDING INVITATION SUITE: Order 8 months before.
- DAY-OF STATIONERY: Order 2–3 months before.
If your celebration is approaching soon, a fast-track timeline can be arranged with a priority fee.
