BESPOKE HAND-PAINTED STATIONERY

Delivery time

Printed stationery is packed with care and shipped from Vietnam.

The overall delivery times are

  • Asia: 2-3 business days
  • UK, Europe, United States & Canada: 3-5 business days.
  • Australia: 4-6 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 5-7 business days.
Tracking

Tracking is available for ALL shipments. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Not received your parcel?

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive your parcel, even after checking around your property or with neighbors, please contact us at xinchao@munikoz.com to see if there’s anything else that can be done on our side.

International shipping and Import fee/tax

– It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Munikoz will not be responsible for any orders lost in mail do to incorrect or incomplete address. You can edit your address before your order is shipped by contacting us at xinchao@munikoz.com.

– Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country upon arrival. Munikoz is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.

ART PRINTS

Delivery time

Unframed art prints are dispatched within 2-4 business days, from our trusted printing facilities in UK, Netherlands, US or Australia (depending on the delivery address).

The overall delivery times, including production and shipping are.

  • UK, US, and Australia: 2-4 business days.
  • Canada: 3-6 business days.
  • Europe: 5-7 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days.

– For framed art prints, it takes 3-7 business days longer. All framed art prints are dispatched from printing facilities in UK.

Tracking

Tracking is available for many shipments; however, some standard postal services do not provide tracking. When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Note: All orders within the US always include tracking.
