– Our prints are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

– The overall delivery times, including production and shipping are.

• United States & Canada: 3-6 business days.
• United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.
• Europe: 5-7 Business days.
• Australia: 10-15 Business days.
• Rest of the world: 10-15 Business days.

For framed art prints, it takes 5-10 business days longer.

– Every order includes tracking. This information will be sent to your email once it ships.

– Once your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is important that you keep an eye on your tracking (especially for international orders).

– Munikoz works with production partners that have facilities in USA, Canada and UK, therefore your order will be produced in the factory nearest to your shipping address. 

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive your parcel, please contact your postal service (you can see which service was used on your shipping notification) with the tracking number (also shown in your shipping notification) and ask them about this first. There’s a big chance your parcel is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can’t find it, contact us at themunikoz@gmail.com to see if there’s anything else that can be done on our side.

– It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Munikoz will not be responsible for any orders lost in mail do to incorrect or incomplete address. You can edit your address before your order is shiped by contacting us at themunikoz@gmail.com.
